In his recent interview, Tom Felton, playing the role of Draco Malfoy, in the upcoming 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows-Part 2', revealed that he was not part of the Epilogue scene reshoot.
He said:
"Believe it or not, I got left off the hook. Apparently, the shot setup didn't require my presence, so I was let off the hook at the last minute. I got all excited about going back, but I heard everything went swimmingly and everything is looking fantastic."
Last Summer, they did shot the epilogue scene where the lead actors, including Tom, were playing the role of mid 30's wizards and witches. But producer David Heyman was not satisfied with the screen result especially with the make-up, thought too-old for the characters, was like they were 60's. Weeks after the US release of 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows-Part 1', David called for a reshoot, which was happened almost a month ago. Photos from the set were released online and many fans liked the new look of the lead character Harry Potter, and thought it as better and perfect.
On the said interview, it was mentioned that one of the biggest scene of Tom in 'Deathly Hallows 2' was when he did hug Harry Potter.
Aside from music and 'Harry Potter', Tom is also part of the upcoming films 'Caesar: Rise of the Apes', to release in June, and 'The Apparition', out this fall.
